Job Summary:North Country Ford / CDJR in Arab, Alabama is seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our team as a BusinessDevelopment Representative. This position is a full-time, individual contributor role with a focus on customer service in the auto industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and the desire to help grow our business.Compensation & Benefits:The Business Development Representative will be offered a competitive salary of $14 per hour, paid biweekly. In addition, this position offers the opportunity for commission-based earning potential and benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance as well as a 401k retirement savings plan.Responsibilities:Actively promote and sell vehicles, products, and services to potential customers through various means such as phone calls, email, and social mediaProvide exceptional customer service and support to all customers, both in-person and over the phoneDevelop and maintain relationships with both existing and potential customers, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed in a timely and professional mannerCollaborate with other team members to identify and implement new strategies for reaching and engaging with customersMaintain and update customer information and leads in our CRM systemAttend and participate in sales meetings and training sessions to continuously improve sales skills and knowledge of products and servicesMeet and exceed sales goals and targets set by managementRequirements:High school diploma or equivalent, some college education preferredPrevious sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry or in a customer service roleStrong communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of and interest in the auto industry and its productsProficiency in using CRM systems and other sales softwareWillingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and eveningsMust have a valid driver's license and a clean driving recordEEOC Statement:North Country Ford / CDJR is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity in our workplace.
