Requirements
• 3+ years experience in Real Estate• Acquisitions and underwriting experience• Self-starter and motivated team player• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills• Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple projects• Flexibility to work varied schedule and travel as needed• Strong network of real estate professionals• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and real estate modeling• Ability to network and build strong relationships
