Principal Duties/Responsibilities: · Collaborates with executive leadership, operations, finance, marketing, and sales to align the business development strategy with the ATS growth strategy.
· Researches external and internal environment and assesses opportunities for long-term growth from customers, markets, services / products, and mergers or acquisitions.
· Prepares financial modelling, sensitivity analyses, and risk analyses to support business development or merger and acquisition decisions.
· Establishes and maintains relationships with strategic accounts to ensure service levels and results meet or exceed expectations and to keep abreast of additional business opportunities.
· Develops and maintains a business development pipeline and builds strategic relationships with key decision makers / executives.
· Builds and leads results-driven teams by taking a strategic and technical view of performance management by involving employees in planning, relationship building, decision-making, and analysis processes.
· Maintains technical knowledge of internal and external global standards for business development opportunities.
· Provides counsel to employees, manages third party consultants and contractors, and advises / communicates regularly with executive leaders.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSAs), & Competencies: Essential KSAs: · Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or a related field and seven years of management experience with business development, operations, finance, and merger / acquisition responsibilities
· Strong experience and knowledge of business and financial forecasting, budget consolidation, general accounting, short and long-term forecasting, risk mitigation, and effective business partnerships
· Expert in business intelligence research, financial modeling, sensitivity analysis, and risk analysis
· Ability to understand customer and marketplace needs
· Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
· Ability to lead cross-functional projects and accomplish deadlines in a fast paced work environment
· Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Ability to travel up to 50%

Physical Demands and Working Conditions: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands, speak, and hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit for long periods, reach with arms, and use close vision. At times, the employee is required to use a telephone, a keyboard and computer, and other office equipment. Work is typically performed in a moderately noisy business office.
