This role will be focused on the development and acquisition of new client accounts. Applicants for this role must have experience and a history of successful business development.
Responsibilities: - Reach out and promote our services to potential clients. - Fill roles for clients based on their search criteria. - Provide guidance to clients and candidates regarding the market. - Negotiate contracts and establish terms of new agreements. - Promote openings to candidates, and recruiters within our organization. Qualifications: -2+ years in Business Development, preferably with a Third-Party Recruiting Agency. - Excellent communication skills. - Strong negotiation skills. - Strong hunter approached in sales. - Highly capable of handling vast amounts of information. - Demonstrated success in sales/business development. About the position: - Commission only role. - Fully remote. - First year potential: $90,000 +- Second year potential: $180,000- Average commission: $7,500 (full-desk) About Us: HealthPlus Staffing is National Leader in the Healthcare Staffing Industry.
