Business Analyst Responsibilities:
• Partner with stakeholders across business units to develop analyses and documentation
• Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on an ongoing basis
• Author and update internal and external documentation, and deliver requirements
• Conduct daily systems analytics to maximize effectiveness and troubleshoot problems
• Establish meaningful relationships with developers, consultants, and stakeholders
• Manage tasks of 3rd party developers and consultants to ensure timely project completion
• Develop reporting and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making
• Perform tasks as needed to deliver project or task completion, such as data cleanup, system configuration, and custom field development
Business Analyst Requirements:
• Five or more years of experience in analytics and systems development
• High proficiency with SQL, ability to create views, custom fields, and build queries
• Experience in generating process documentation and reports
• Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and user testing
• High proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Power Query, experience with OPERA is a plus
• Working knowledge of ERP systems
• High attention to detail and results-driven mindset
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field (preferred)
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is required
