Job Description TOMRA is seeking a recent graduate or early-career professional that shares our values of RESPONSIBILTIY, PASSION and INNOVATION. Someone that will champion our mission as they work through four rotations, six months in length, at different TOMRA offices worldwide. You will work with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives to help develop markets and business opportunities for TOMRA. You will also be given opportunities to take part in Leadership Training Classes, learn in depth about your leadership competencies and be mentored by some of TOMRA's top executives. You will need to be self-motivated, reliable, and passionate about your work. Upon successful completion of the LEAP program, the Business Analyst will have the opportunity to obtain permanent employment within TOMRA Collection in a position most suited for their skills post program. Role and Responsibilities, include but are not limited to: Actively participate in a 24-month leadership development program focused on developing skills for placement in Managerial/ Leadership role in Collection after completion Complete an assigned business project during each of the four rotations Learn, develop and understand Collection business operation from the inside Develop strong management skills and learn about our whole business from a holistic perspective, be prepared to become a future leader Grow into a strong general leader by building on your educational foundation and general business acumen becoming more focused on the financial element linking it to the market strategy and overall business success Visit different works sites during each rotation to become fully integrated into the daily work of each of the core areas of the Collection business Be inquisitive and learn from scratch all necessary essential Collection market knowledge, combine this with a sound understanding of our global business, in order to help further development Be an active part in cross-functional project groups By the end of the fourth rotation, you should be fully integrated in our strategic operations and be ready to contribute to the future shape of TOMRA Collections globally Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field required. 0-2 years' work experience, including internships Must have demonstrated leadership in campus activities, clubs, sports, or community Ability to relocate every 6 months to another city/ country (Valid driver's license and passport required at time of hire) MS Office, Word, Outlook and Excel use Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to work successfully with individuals at all levels within the organization Capacity to foster an environment of teamwork which promotes the company's core values and leadership principles Be innovative, flexible, committed, ambitious and determined Additional Information What TOMRA will be offering: This LEAP Cohort will start in September 2024. In addition to a competitive salary ($65-$75,000 annually) we also offer a wide range of benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement etc, and a generous time off package. TOMRA will coordinate and cover all room rental costs during each of the rotations.
