Job Summary We are looking for individual to join our client's team as Business Anal yst.
Job Description Provides project management, including working with project team to ensure timely accurate deliveries.
Develops and support SBS system requirements, enhancements and updates. Delivers clear requirements that meet users' needs and are which are feasible technically and in compliance with company internal development standards and practices. Assists the business in creation of strategic roadmaps, as well as driving the deliverables identified an on-going backlog grooming, including development of compelling business cases and ROI models. Acts as a key interface between business stakeholders and user community and the IT community. Partners with all levels of IT including architects and developers on architecture design and developing logical and physical data models. Communicates changes and enhancements verbally or through written documentation to developers, sponsors and business stakeholders. Participates in and provide analysis shaping requirements, development estimates, and system designs. Works with test and QA to validate releases, match the requirements set for it. Attends monthly release and perform SIT testing. Manages document repositories, maintenance and updates of project documentation library. Reviews progress and evaluates result accuracy and efficiency. Conducts basic financial modeling, project planning, analytical and problem solving. Organizes system work and runs it as a program, with a long-term vision. Skills Required Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in Business Administration or similar area of study, or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and 5-10 years of relevant work experience.
5-10 years' experience as a Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, or Project Manager. Agile, PMBOK, and Waterfall methodologies. Requirement gathering for core technology, system and internal applications projects. Jira, confluence, or smart sheets for project plans and/or reporting. PMP or CBAP certification Data Mapping Additional Requirements $42 per hour and higher depending on experience and qualifications We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
