Title: ServiceNow Business Analyst Location- [Austin, TX, 78753] (Hybrid,) Job role on C2C Visa – No H1B/ OPT/ CPT End Client: - TxDOT (Working with Prime vendor) Job Description The current requirement is to work in the office a minimum of twice a week.
Work will be performed onsite in Austin, during normal business work hours.
The ServiceNow Business Analyst (BA) will review, analyze, and evaluate user needs for clientNow, client's implementation of ServiceNow. The BA will work directly with users to define requirements for projects and enhancements to the system. This position will assist users and developers in all phases of the sprint and project work including testing, documenting requirements and test scripts, quality control, and communications.
The worker's responsibilities and skills must include:
• Previous experience with and knowledge of ServiceNow capabilities
• Gathering business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Defining product themes, epics, user stories and product features.
• Facilitating prioritization sessions for the product backlog.
• Facilitating sprint planning sessions to establish a sprint backlog.
• Documenting requirements and system design using approved agency formats.
• Being a creative thinker to solve application issues.
• Mediating business units that may have conflicting requirements.
• Assisting in the translation of business requirements into detailed technical specifications
• Facilitating and documenting AS-IS and TO-BE process flows
• Writing test cases and scripts to validate code is working as documented.
• Writing release notes and training documentation
• Experience implementing, gathering requirements, and testing Security Operations Configuration Compliance and Security Incident Response
• Other duties as assigned

5 Skilled in QA/QC reviews
5 Experience analyzing raw data
5 Skilled in documenting requirements and translating functional requirements to technical specifications

5 Experience in creating written communications and training for business users
5 Possess strong verbal and written skills in communicating with peers and different levels of users including executive staff
5 Skilled in mediating business units with conflicting and competing business requirements
5 Skilled in facilitating large group meetings with internal and external resources
5 Experienced in establishing and maintaining a sprint backlog
