Responsibilities
• Prioritize clear and impactful communication across all levels of the company• Schedule and conduct regular meetings with the owner for task and financial report review• Provide financial resources to affiliate companies as needed• Develop and execute annual objectives to drive company success and adapt to organizational changes• Ensure accuracy in bookkeeping and overall financial records• Establish and manage file management systems• Lead insurance processes, audits, and renewals• Assist in recruitment and guide strategic decisions• Manage software subscriptions and optimize business structures• Aid in organizational tasks and communication support• Manage asset records for accounting and operational purposes• Coordinate company insurance inspections• Develop systems for location management to create workflow efficiency• Supervise all accounting operations• Proficiently handle budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting• Conduct routine bookkeeping audits and refine processes• Prepare consolidated and location specific financial reporting• Ensure compliance with regulations and filing deadlines• Prepare reports for tax estimations and filings• Oversee new hire processes and maintain proper filing systems• Manage payroll processing and taxes• Conduct time card audits and oversee compliance matters
Requirements
