Responsibilities
• Direct activities of Public Service Workers• Operate construction and lifting equipment• Maintain and repair buildings, equipment, facilities, grounds, and fixtures• Process order requests and perform various repairs and maintenance work• Paint interiors and exteriors of buildings• Perform HVAC maintenance and repairs• Perform carpentry and remodeling projects• Install or replace plumbing fixtures• Design and build concrete forms and pour concrete• Perform scheduled maintenance on boiler, generator, and pumps• Move office furniture as necessary• Fill out purchase requisitions and purchase materials and supplies• Perform other related duties as required or assigned
Requirements
• Knowledge and experience in basic accounting, computer, etc.• Equivalent of four years in high school plus additional specialized training• Valid driver's license• Preferred: CDL and HVAC license
