Building Inspector Iii

Cedar City is seeking a qualified individual to fill a Building Inspector III position. Description: This position under general supervision ensures compliance with pertinent codes, ordinances and regulations (see full job description for details).
SALARY: Salary Range $52,675-$79,277.
OTHER BENEFITS: The City participates in the Utah Retirement System and currently provides health, dental, vision and life insurance. Twelve Paid Holidays per year. Paid Vacation 40 Hours upon hire Insurance premiums paid 100% by Cedar City Contribution match up to $1200 annually into a Health Savings Account. Sick leave 1 day per month of service with no top out limit. Overtime available for hours worked over 40 per week. Education assistance opportunities.
