Responsibilities
• Support Ambetter Brokers and Sales team with commission & contracting related questions• Collaborate with leadership team and other internal teams on member related issues• Make outreaches to brokers to secure and retain membership• Handle provider issues that brokers call or email about• Research commission issues to determine payment
Requirements
• High School Diploma / GED• 1+ year of customer service or health insurance industry experience• Department of Insurance Life/Health License is required or ability to obtain within 120 days of being hired
