What You'll Do:
Category Strategy Development (40%)
Lead the charge in developing innovative category strategies that propel our Brands+ program to new heights.
Dive deep into customer, consumer, and market insights to uncover growth opportunities and craft actionable plans.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to execute medium and short-term category strategies that resonate with our customers.
Support Joint Business Planning and Sales Strategies (25%)
Partner with our sales team to craft compelling analyses and presentations for key strategic initiatives.
Utilize market data and consumer trends to drive category growth and enhance our Brands+ portfolio strategy.
Category Expertise and Planogram Development (20%)
Become the go-to expert for category insights, providing invaluable strategies to maximize growth and market share.
Design visually appealing planograms that optimize product placement and drive sales in-store and online.
Data Analysis and Management (10%)
Master our proprietary data tools to uncover actionable insights and inform decision-making.
Ensure data integrity and structure to effectively utilize syndicated databases for strategic planning.
What You'll Bring:
Experience:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in category management or a related field.
Strong proficiency in syndicated data tools and pricing/promotion analysis.
Demonstrated ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Skills:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with financial analysis and managing large datasets.
