Are you ready to enhance brand visibility for Apple and other BTR (BT Retail Solutions) brands? Our knowledgeable Brand Advocates will engage with stores in specific markets, ensuring that display setups adhere to Apple's brand guidelines and are fully operational. The Brand Advocate directly reports to the District Manager, fostering transparent communication to facilitate the seamless exchange of information and the timely execution of necessary tasks, all while adhering to company protocols and standards.
Responsibilities: Act as an in-store/on-site brand advocate and ambassador. Foster positive and professional relationships with store staff, providing education on your role, products, and display presentations. Maintain seamless communication with clients and stakeholders involved in the program. Review store fixtures and products against defined planograms and standards, making necessary adjustments. Ensure accuracy and positioning of store graphics, signs, and price labels. Check and ensure proper functionality of all demo devices, updating software as needed. Ensure security systems on demo devices are operational, troubleshooting and adjusting as necessary. Complete assigned tasks successfully and on time. Maintain accurate record-keeping. Coach and train field personnel at all levels, providing on-the-job training for team member certifications and career advancement. Ensure project documents are complete, current, and appropriately distributed. Demonstrate sound judgment in problem-solving to meet company objectives. Escalate issues beyond the scope of this position in a timely manner. Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information. Seek guidance from appropriate sources as needed. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in on-site field operations with retail services companies. 5+ years of experience in reading planograms and blueprints. Preferred: 5+ years of merchandising experience in big box retailers. Education: High school diploma/GED preferred. Additional education in business management or project administration is advantageous. Education requirements may be waived with proven on-the-job experience. Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across all organizational levels and functional teams. Ability to follow instructions, diagrams, and blueprints. Strong multitasking abilities, with the capacity to work independently and execute tasks with minimal supervision. Proficiency in computer skills, including Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to use hand and power tools, with basic construction knowledge preferred. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Exceptional time-management skills to ensure high customer satisfaction. Willingness to work extended hours as needed. Regular review of schedules and prompt reporting of conflicts. Ability to maintain a clean and presentable appearance, adhering to company dress code policies. Flexibility to travel up to 90% of the time, potentially including day and night shifts. Physical ability to bend, stand, and walk for extended periods, and lift up to 50 pounds without assistance. Experience with installing and operating intricate security devices, including assembly, arming, and disarming.
