Responsibilities
• Assemble and sanitize process equipment• Verify calibration of department equipment• Stage and verify raw materials• Add materials to blend tank• Blend raw materials to specification• Follow blending procedures• Maintain accurate records• Support investigation of process and equipment problems• Comply with policies and procedures• Assist other departments as needed
Requirements
• 2 years' experience in blending or compounding operations• High School diploma• Strong attention to detail• Basic math skills• Strong organizational skills• Thorough knowledge of manufacturing operations and equipment• Ability to make sound decisions• Able to lift up to 75 lbs.• Good written and verbal English communication skills
