Black Eyed Susans is a seasonal small farm-to-table restaurant focused on showcasing the incredible seafood brought into Viking Village in Barnegat Light and the amazing produce and meats grown in New Jersey, Pennsylvania & New York. Our menus reflect the seasonal availability of our local farms, distributors, and fishermen. We use many organic ingredients, sustainably caught fish and seafood, and pasture-raised meats.
