Opportunity Snapshot:
Compensation: $56K-62K/year
Location: Houston, TX
Assignment Duration: Direct position
Work Schedule: 9/80 with WFH Fridays

Responsibilities:
Timesheet entry
Billing of time to customers
Ensures that time records for all hourly employees are accurate and completed in a timely manner
Coordinate invoice process flow within designated billing portals
Follow up on portal AR balances by monitoring status and communicating with internal staff
Provide documents as required by customers to process invoices
Reconcile invoices from operating system to ERP
Monitor billing and collections processes across multiple customer profiles
Identify and trace sources of billing errors, providing corrective action instructions to facilitate processing of corrected billings and making correcting system entries
Research customer underpayments and facilitate collection. Monitor billing and collections processes across multiple customer profiles
Track and communicate AR issues in proactive effort to reduce past due invoices
Prepare monthly various reports as required
Various other clerical and administrative functions as assigned by Supervisor
Reporting on various key performance indicators
Cross-train to ensure desk coverage within the team
Qualifications:
5+ years Billing experience preferable for a Staffing Agency
High school diploma or equivalent.
Knowledgeable in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Knowledgeable in the use of Fieldglass, Open Invoicing, other similar billing portals, preferred
