We are looking for a Billing Coordinator to join Critical Mass!  You will be collaborating with the Financial Analyst team, where every day brings new challenges and opportunities.You Will:Support Finance Analyst team with client related invoicing during month-end peaks and with daily time and billing system administrationReconcile time system against client invoices createdManage reimbursable tracker, create reimbursable invoices, and consolidate reimbursable backupFollow up with team for reimbursable vendor invoice approvals and adjust reimbursable expenses in accounting system as requiredMaintain time system for clients and projects including project creation and management, hour movements, billing rates and titlesRun and follow up on missing timesheet reportsAssist with processing Accounts Payable bills, includes issuing POs for vendors and matching the vendor invoices to correct POs and securing approvalsReview and process employee expense reports in ConcurAdhere to accounts payable standards and policiesManage filing process for Finance Analyst Team: maintain client project filing system and prepare project labels and file foldersAd-hoc reporting as requiredYou Have:Accounting knowledge coupled with strong technical skills1-2 years of experience in accounting or financeProficiency with MS Office suite of products: Excel, Word and OutlookFamiliarity with foreign currencyExceptional attention to detailExperience with Microsoft Dynamics AX or equivalent financial accounting system would be an assetExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalSelf-motivated and able to work with limited supervisionExperience with Microsoft Dynamics AX or equivalent financial accounting system would be an assetThe Talent Team at Critical Mass is focused on ensuring we provide the best training, onboarding, and employee experience possible!
