• Engaging current residents and guests through programs and events• Leasing to new customers and renewing leases• Ensuring compliance with lease paperwork and Fair Housing laws• Providing leasing support for multiple properties
Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of sales or customer service experience• High School Diploma or equivalent• Strong communication and relationship-building skills• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays• Physically able to walk properties and lift up to 25 lbs.• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
