Behavioral Healthcare Recruiter

We're seeking a passionate and dedicated recruiting professional who thrives in the healthcare industry. Ideally, you have 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, particularly within healthcare settings. It would be advantageous if you are familiar with licensing requirements for counselors, social workers, and other mental health professionals.

Position Details:
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm MST
Location: Remote (Some travel may be required for training)
Compensation and Benefits:
Hourly Rate: $24.04

What You'll Be Doing:
Manage 15-20 open job requisitions.
Schedule discovery calls to establish connections with candidates and determine best fit and next steps.
Cultivate and maintain trustful relationships with hiring managers, fostering collaboration and partnership.
Facilitate candidate offers, including answering inquiries, providing feedback to hiring managers, and coordinating the onboarding process seamlessly.
