Responsibilities
• Acknowledge and greet each guest entering the store• Offer friendly and knowledgeable service to meet customer needs• Recommend additional products and services based on customer interests• Inform customers of promotions and events• Maintain composure during busy times• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges• Ensure store cleanliness and merchandising• Prepare and execute inventory• Receive shipment trucks• Stay informed about products to better serve customers
Requirements
• High school diploma preferred• 1 year of relevant work experience is preferred• Passion for superior guest service• Sales and troubleshooting skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Ability to stand, bend, and lift 50 pounds• Familiarity with various retail positions (e.g., Sales Associate, Cashier, Stock Associate)
