Responsibilities
• Promptly acknowledging and warmly greeting each guest entering the store• Offering friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous service• Determining each guest's needs and answering questions• Recommending additional and complementary products/services• Informing guests of promotions, events, and services• Serving multiple guests at one time during busy selling times• Handling sales, refunds, and exchanges• Executing store resets, planograms, and merchandising• Maintaining store cleanliness• Staying informed about products and ingredients
Requirements
• High school diploma preferred• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education/experience• Passion for superior guest service• Competency with sales and troubleshooting• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Ability to stand, bend, and lift 50 pounds• Various job titles: Sales Associate, Cashier, Inventory Associate, Customer Service Representative, Warehouse Clerk, Visual Merchandiser, Product Demonstrator, Stock Associate, Stocker, etc.
