• Warmly greet customers and take their orders• Provide exceptional customer service and offer recommendations• Craft delicious beverages including espresso, tea, and smoothies• Process customer payments and maintain a balanced cash drawer• Stock and replenish products and maintain cleanliness of the shop
Requirements
• 18+ years of age• Customer service experience• Willingness to be cross-trained in food prep techniques• Current Food Handler Certificate• Current TABC Certificate• Experience as a barista or in a high-volume drive-thru position is a plus
