• Maintain positive guest relations and resolve complaints• Communicate effectively with guests and team members• Set up rooms and function areas with equipment• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas• Accommodate guest requests for changes to arrangements• Handle emergencies and protect guests and associates• Abide by department and hotel policies and procedures
Requirements
• High School Graduate or GED• 1-2 years of experience in food service preferred• Previous guest/customer relations training• Good understanding of English language• Good communication skills• Ability to lift and transport heavy objects• Ability to stand and exert mobility for up to 8 hours• Willingness to work varied schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
