We search for skilled, creative bakers who strive to provide high quality baked goods and services in an efficient, professional manner. The Baker understands recipes, performs quality checks on ingredients and finished products, uses frostings, glazes, fillings, and other toppings to enhance item presentation, and process orders from customers. As a Baker, you will greet customers, answer questions, clean workstations and equipment, make sure the kitchen is stocked, and perform other duties as needed.

Baker Requirements: Attention to detail, especially when performing quality inspections on ingredients and products Basic math and computer skills Willingness to work independently or with other team members to solve problems, plan schedules, fulfill orders, and create excellent baked goods. Flexibility to work around customer demands, including early morning, night, Saturdays, and holiday availability Ability to work in fast paced, sometimes stressful environment Stand, walk, bend, use hands, and appliances for extended periods Smile Create and Maintain Eye Contact Make Emotional Connections with Guests Honors and encourages others to follow the visions and values of Crumbl Ability to multitask quickly, yet thoroughly Have the ability to communicate effectively in English Be at least 16 years of age Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule Have the ability to lift and carry 10-55 lbs Have reliable transportation Food handlers certificate must be obtained within the first 30 days Applicants will also be expected to be able to work on their feet for several hours at a time and lift potentially heavy objects when necessary. Prior experience is preferred, but not necessary.
Bakers Responsibilities: Read, understand, and follow exactly the Crumbl recipes Measure and combine ingredients using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make cookies (Mixers must be 18 years and older) Decorating and displaying the finished product Testing ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality controls Greeting customers, answering questions, making recommendations, accepting orders and payment, and providing exceptional customer service Cleaning and restocking the workstation and ensuring all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift Consistency and Reliability Cheerful and Positive Attitude Values Teamwork Loves Serving and Helping Others It all started with one big dream, two crazy cousins, and the perfect combination of flour, sugar, and chocolate chips. Crumbl was co-founded by Jason McGowan (CEO) & Sawyer Hemsley (COO). They both teamed up and dove head-first into the world of baking. After thousands of dollars in wasted dough, recipes that did not live up to their expectations, and cookies that are just plain embarrassing to them today, the two cousins decided to take their 'perfect cookie quest' to the people.
