SalesRoads seeks a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As a 100% remote role, you will enjoy the flexibility of working from anywhere quiet, with a qualified internet connection, and be part of a supportive, family-like atmosphere that prioritizes your personal and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities: Phone outreach to business executives and introduce our client's products and services. Close deals and achieve sales targets Hone your skills through comprehensive training and frequent coaching sessions Qualifications: Proven sales experience in a B2B setting Strong phone communication and interpersonal skills Persuasive and confident speaker Quick learner and driven to succeed High-speed internet connection and ability to work remotely Earnings and Benefits: W2 earnings structure with base pay and uncapped commissions ($40,000 to $55,000 per year for full-time positions) Career paths from internships to senior-level management with room for growth Work-life balance with employee benefits such as PTO, medical, dental, vision, 401K, and life insurance Generous PTO program with 40 hours in the first year for full-time or part-time employees, and 120 hours in the second year for full-time employees, plus any carry-over, while part-time employees receive 40 hours in the second year, plus any carry-over.
