Job Summary:Infiniti of Akron, a high-end automotive dealership located in Akron, Ohio, is seeking a skilled and experienced Automotive Technician to join our team. As a full-time Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of mechanical tasks on Infiniti vehicles, ensuring their safety and reliability for our customers. This is an individual contributor role, and you will work closely with our service team to provide exceptional customer service and maintain our reputation as a leader in the auto industry.Compensation & Benefits:This is a Flat Rate Hour position, with a competitive compensation package based on experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k plan, paid time off, and employee discounts.Responsibilities:Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on Infiniti vehicles, including brakes, transmissions, engines, and electrical systemsPerform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checksUse electronic diagnostic equipment to identify and troubleshoot problemsComplete all repairs and maintenance tasks according to dealership and manufacturer standardsKeep accurate records of all work performed and report any issues or concerns to the Service ManagerProvide excellent customer service and communicate with customers regarding their vehicle's needsContinuously update knowledge and skills through training sessions and workshopsRequirements:High School Diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum of 2 years of experience as an Automotive Technician, preferably with experience working on Infiniti vehiclesMust have broad knowledge of automotive mechanics and repair techniquesValid driver's license and good driving recordAbility to work independently and in a team environmentExcellent customer service and communication skillsBasic computer and diagnostic equipment proficiencyMust be able to lift and move heavy equipment (up to 50 pounds)EEOC Statement:Airport Infiniti is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity at our company.
