Responsibilities
• Manage office and shop personnel and daily operations• Enforce company policies and procedures• Ensure quality of work and customer satisfaction• Maintain a positive attitude and communication• Develop customer estimates and work orders• Assign work orders to technicians• Ensure selection of quality parts• Open and close stores daily• Perform accounting closing and balancing procedures• Perform reconciliations, audits, and report analysis
Requirements
• 5 years work experience in Automotive Customer Service & Service Sales• Supervisory or management experience in the Automotive Industry• Proficiency in Windows based computer software and automotive store applications• Experience in TekMetric software application preferred, but not required• Graduation from an industry recognized service training program preferred by not required• ASE Service Consultant certification or equivalent experience• Current driver's license with acceptable driving record• Physical requirements: being on feet for the majority of the workday, lifting and carrying objects over 50 lbs, etc.
