Pay: Commission sales position with commission of 20% according to terms of pay plan, with average total monthly compensation of $7861.00 and increased earnings potential based on productivity/number of sales.PTO: We are proud to offer some of the most competitive PTO compensation in the industry. Follows dealership procedure to obtain proper identification from customer prior to test drive.Utilizes dealership sales control and follow-up system.Exhibits a high level of commitment to customer satisfaction.Knows and understands the federal, state, and local laws which govern retail automobile sales.Keeps abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to customers.Writes complete sales orders and processes paperwork in accordance with established dealership policies.Attends sales meetings.Qualifications* Excellent communication skills (including listening, writing, speaking).Public relations skills.
