Job Summary:O'Meara Motors is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Automotive Finance Director to join our team. As the Automotive Finance Director, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial operations of our dealership and ensuring its growth and success. You will work closely with our sales team and customers to secure financing and deliver exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive finance, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a drive to exceed goals and expectations.Compensation & Benefits:This position offers a competitive compensation package with a range of $175,000 to $350,000 per year, paid semi-monthly. In addition to commission, the job also includes a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and employee discounts on vehicles and services.Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective finance and insurance strategies to increase revenue and profitabilityTrain and lead a team of finance managers to ensure exceptional customer service and compliance with all regulations and policiesWork closely with sales team to secure financing for customers and close dealsMaintain strong relationships with lending institutions to secure competitive rates and terms for customersEnsure accurate and timely completion of all financial documents and contractsMonitor and analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as neededKeep up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and adapt to changesOversee the maintenance of customer and financial recordsCollaborate with other departments to coordinate and streamline operations and improve overall customer experienceHandle customer complaints and concerns, striving for prompt and satisfactory resolutionRequirements:Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in Automotive FinanceStrong knowledge and understanding of automotive financing, including F&I products, laws, and regulationsProven track record of achieving or exceeding finance and insurance performance goalsExcellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a teamExceptional customer service and communication skillsDemonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively with different departmentsProficient in Microsoft Office and finance-related softwareEEOC Statement:O'Meara Motors is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating an inclusive and diverse work environment.
