Responsibilities
• Diagnose and repair Genesis and other Luxury vehicles• Document all labor and diagnostic time accurately• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction with repairs performed• Maintain vehicles according to Genesis maintenance service requirements• Collaborate effectively with service managers, advisors, parts personnel, and warranty administration• Attend and complete factory training, staying updated with technical bulletins
Requirements
• Experience with luxury brand vehicles preferred• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record• Strong technical knowledge, particularly of Genesis product lines• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities• Team-oriented and capable of thriving in a fast-paced service environment• Familiarity with dealership management systems like CDK (ADP) and MPI• Technical or ASE certification preferred
