As a Control Technician/Maintenance, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facility's control systems and performing maintenance tasks to keep our equipment running efficiently.
Responsibilities Utilize your expertise in Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) to program, troubleshoot, and maintain control systems. Identify and resolve issues with PLCs and other control systems to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. Apply your electrical troubleshooting skills to diagnose and repair electrical problems in equipment and machinery. Create and implement preventive maintenance plans to ensure the longevity and optimal performance of our control systems. Collaborate with other team members to coordinate maintenance activities and prioritize tasks. Document all maintenance and repair activities accurately and maintain records for future reference. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in control systems to continuously improve our facility's operations. Qualifications Proficiency in Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) programming and troubleshooting is essential. Demonstrated expertise in electrical troubleshooting and repair. Experience in creating and implementing preventive maintenance plans. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
