Job Description DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Participate on technology audit engagements, from planning to reporting, and produce quality deliverables to both department and professional standards, while ensuring audits are completed timely and within budget. Finalize audit findings and use judgment to provide an overall opinion on the technology control environment by developing recommendations to strengthen internal controls. Evaluate and determine the adequacy of technology and cybersecurity controls by considering business and technology risks in an integrated manner. Communicate audit findings to management, and identify opportunities for improvement in the design and effectiveness of key controls. Implement and execute an effective program of continuous auditing for assigned areas, including monitoring of key metrics to identify control issues and adverse trends. Work closely with global Audit colleagues in the early identification of emerging control issues, and report them in a timely manner to Audit management and business stakeholders. Recognize the confidential nature of Internal Audit communications and access to information. Exercise discipline in protecting the confidentiality and security of information in accordance with firm policy. Stay up-to-date with evolving industry/regulatory changes impacting the business and participate in appropriate control forums. Perform timely review of work performed and provide honest and constructive feedback, where required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or related field of study plus 1 year of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: Evaluation of cybersecurity and technology control environment, including security configuration and security operations; Planning and executing audit of the cybersecurity and technology control environment to identify key risks, and assess control design and operating effectiveness of application/system/process level controls; Performing cybersecurity and technology risk and control assessments; Performing technology audit issue validations; Audit report and audit issue documentation; Internal control concepts, with experience in evaluating and determining the adequacy of controls by considering business and technology risks in an integrated manner; Presenting complex and sensitive issues to senior management; Building partnerships with senior business and control partners; Assessing the probability and impact of an internal control weakness from multiple dimensions, including Business and Economic, Regulatory, Client/Legal, Reputational, and Market; Discovering and analyzing patterns, deviations and inconsistencies, and extract related information in the data underlying or related to the subject matter of an audit through analysis, modelling and visualization using tools such as Excel.

Full-Time. Salary:  $180,000 - $200,000 per year.
