Responsibilities
• Run and manage audit engagements• Lead a team of auditors• Review financial statements and ensure compliance with GAAP• Provide guidance and mentoring to staff• Build and maintain client relationships• Identify and implement improvements to audit processes• Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices• Prepare reports and present findings to clients• Collaborate with other departments and teams• Contribute to the overall success of the firm
Requirements
• 6+ years of public accounting experience• 6+ years of audit experience• 4+ years of audit manager experience• Active CPA and/or Master's Degree preferred• Knowledge of GAAP and assurance principles• Strong leadership and communication skills• Ability to work well in a team• Client-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills• Authorized to work in the U.S.
