Responsibilities
• Have dependable/personal transportation• Fulfill payer audit requests correctly and timely• Maintain daily request/status log• Provide feedback to Compliance Director• Monitor and report trends in audit requests• Assist in records organization and management• Attend Department meetings• Assist in the planning and implementation of records management system(s)• Assist in establishing procedures/processes for records management programs• Make recommendations for improvement
Requirements
• Experience in DME, medical records, claims/record auditing, or quality assurance in a Healthcare or DME setting• Strong attention to detail• Strong communication skills• Must be organized, detail oriented, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and be a self-starter/motivator
