Our clinic is located in the beautiful town of Findlay, Ohio, approximately 40 miles south of Toledo, and within easy reach of Columbus, Dayton, and Detroit, all about an hour and a half away. Compensation and Benefits Base salary $92,000 Production bonus 19% of services and 6% product minus base salary; no deficit accrual; production bonus increases to 20% after 24 months, 21% after another 12 months. Loan repayment assistance 1% of total gross production will be paid toward student loan at the end of the first year and 2% every year thereafter.
