Join our dynamic in-house Technology team and contribute to revolutionizing the hospitality industry worldwide! As an Associate Deployment Communications member, you'll play a pivotal role in a company with an esteemed culture, bringing your technical prowess to support various projects. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Deployment Communications Operating, you'll be instrumental in facilitating hotel terminations, managing move/add/change requests, and overseeing hardware refresh initiatives.

How You'll Make an Impact
Your role is integral to our operations, and you'll contribute significantly through:
Daily Responsibilities:
Streamlining IT-related termination tasks for hotels.
Collaborating with hotels to facilitate hardware upgrades or replacements.
Utilizing various reporting and database tools to execute projects efficiently.
Collaboration:
Engaging with hotel points of contact, owners, internal teams, and vendor partners.
Leading cross-functional team calls to ensure project alignment and success.
Ownership:
Coordinating hotel termination activities and supporting move/add/change requests for our family hotels.
Why You'll Be a Great Fit
Minimum Qualifications:
Professional experience in Technology or related field.
Background in the hospitality industry (hotel, travel, or related).
Familiarity with Technology terminology and tools.
Experience in IT project coordination with internal and/or external stakeholders.
Proficiency in using Microsoft productivity tools for task tracking and project management.
Willingness to travel up to 5%.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree, Associate's Degree with 6+ years of relevant experience, or High School Degree/GED with 12+ years of relevant experience.
Three or more years of professional experience in Technology or related field.
One year of experience in hotel operations.
Knowledge of circuit and hardware terminology.
Familiarity with Hilton Support ticketing system.
