Job Summary: The Associate Clinical Informaticist will be involved in creating training plans, delivering customer training and go live support.  You will work with customers and internal partners with the goal of delivering Stryker's Vocera solutions that produce workflow improvements, support the end-user, and maximize the benefits of the product.  In addition to training delivery and Go-Live support, you may assist with the design of customer-specific databases and development of system-level specifications to implement work and communication flows in partnership with a Clinical Informaticist. Activities associated with system testing may also be performed. This position reports to the Regional Manager, Clinical Informatics.

What you will do: Assist with the design of customer-specific databases and development of system-level specifications to implement communication workflows Employ clinical knowledge and understanding of clinical workflow design to propose solutions to improve and optimize client's workflow and processes Support clinical workflow design sessions at project sites (or remote), gathering data to assist in developing new processes and workflow improvements Responsible for training of users of Acute Care Product portfolio Support development of standard deployment processes and assist with education and support of new products and services Follow defined deployment and education methodology Effectively communicate potential project risks to team members and partners in a timely, consistent, and clear manner Complete required team training and personal development to increase skills, knowledge and capabilities needed to be consistent with the evolving healthcare marketing and landscape What you need: BA/BS in a health care discipline required 2 years of clinical experience preferred Clinical consultative experience in a traveling role a plus Participation and active involvement with a clinical application system project implementation including clinical workflow analysis or process redesign desired Hands on experience training in a clinical environment preferred Clinical experience in telemetry or critical care nursing with patient monitoring a plus Interest and desire in using technology to improve healthcare practices and productivity #IND1
