We're seeking a future team member for the role of Client Service Associate to join our Wealth Solutions team.Client Service Associates work with external clients to resolve issues and inquiries requiring specific knowledge and skill sets. This role is will be located in Lake Mary, FL -hybrid.In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Ensuring requests are executed or questions resolved, including coordination with required operations Applying problem solving skills and uses communication skills to deliver high quality service to clients and escalating non-routine or complex issues, as neededKeeping abreast of key contacts, processes, and business developments in relevant operations groups by attending group meetings and trainings, keeping abreast of communications, and understanding changes to processesParticipating in consistent processes, tools, and platforms to manage calls and casesParticipating in internal activities and initiatives designed to improve the client experienceTo be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required3-7 years of total work experience preferredExperience in an operational area and/or client services preferredAt BNY Mellon, our inclusive culture speaks for itself.
