Estate planning attorney A highly reputable firm is seeking an Estate Planning Attorney for its Cleveland office. Viable candidates will have experience with estate planning and tax planning. Requirements: • 2 years of relevant experience in estate planning.
• Experience assisting individuals and families with sophisticated estate and tax planning techniques.
• Familiarity with federal and state, estate, gift, and income taxes as well as probate and trust administration law required.
• Real estate transactional experience is a plus.
• Law degree from an accredited law school
• Member of the Ohio bar and in good standing
