Estate planning attorney A highly reputable firm is seeking an Estate Planning Attorney for its Cleveland office. Viable candidates will have experience with estate planning and tax planning. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney that would like long term business development opportunities and career advancement.
Requirements: • 2 years of relevant experience in estate planning.
• Experience assisting individuals and families with sophisticated estate and tax planning techniques.
• Familiarity with federal and state, estate, gift, and income taxes as well as probate and trust administration law required.
• Real estate transactional experience is a plus.
• Law degree from an accredited law school
• Member of the Ohio bar and in good standing
