Responsibilities
• Learn and display artistry in hair design, color, texture, treatments, makeup applications, and ear piercing• Provide professional product recommendations• Assist Elite or Master Hair Stylist mentor• Meet/exceed individual sales and productivity goals• Attend mandatory education events and workshops• Assist in store duties• Adhere to Salon standards for guest service and cleanliness• Attend monthly business development meetings• Demonstrate personal style while adhering to dress code
Requirements
• 18+ years old with a Cosmetology diploma and license• Basic understanding of salon techniques and equipment• Ability to demonstrate, recommend, and sell pro hair care and makeup products• Strong communication, teamwork, and customer relationship skills
