Your responsibilities include: Join our winning team! The Marketing Director will be responsible for several marketing aspects of the business as well as oversee sales and catering of a community oriented business. This person must drive sales by creatively forming marketing avenues as well as delegating to and working with the restaurant team.

Benefits Paid Time Off Health, Dental, & Vision with Employer Contribution($350 per month employer contribution) for both full & part time Profit Sharing (on average $1.00/HR equals $2,080/YR) Scholarships & educational reimbursements $2,500 OR $500 Free Food ($15/day=$3,900/YR) Sunday's Off Flexible Schedule Leadership Opportunities Yearly anniversary rewards Responsibilities & Requirements are to assist the Marketing Director in completing these tasks: Check emails and manage donation and community partnerships daily Incorporates the corporate campaign into the localized campaign to fit the West Virginia market while staying true to the Chick-fil-A brand Plan and produce monthly events that create emotional connections with guests - experiences they will tell others about Create new POP material and insure all in restaurant signage is up-to-date and tidy Work closely with restaurant leaders and team members to understand the business, relay important information, and to drive sales through team member's suggestive selling Interact within the community by attending local events with the Chick-fil-A cow mascot, managing Pop-Up events, and seeing and meeting local needs Responsible for all aspects of sales growth, including but not limited to: check average, overall sales/breakfast sales, growth in outside sales, mobile orders, catering and third pary deliver services, social media, event attendance, and guest count Must have VERY HIGH level of multi-tasking skills and organizational skills (the ability to stay focused on different tasks, and use your time, energy, mental capacity, and physical space effectively and efficiently) Must have knowledge of graphic design. Preferred knowledge of the Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere) Building relationships within the community (ie; distributing food and catering menus to local businesses, setting up cross-promotions and school programs, as well as involving Chick-fil-A in community-wide events) Preferred previous experience in event planning and event production Preferred bachelor's degree or higher in one of the following fields: Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, Media, Public Relations, Business. Specific hours vary depending on the task to be accomplished (will involve Saturdays, must have open availability) Must be able to stand on feet for long hours and lift 40 lbs + Must have previous leadership experience in coaching others, holding others accountable, and setting expectations! Additional Job Roles & Responsibilites: Assist/participate with catering order preparation in the kitchen Proficient with graphic design and social media Assist with answering phones Assign orders to team members to distribute to businesses and homes Seek opportunities to deliver an aspect of 2nd Mile Service on every order Demonstrates knowledge of the brand and menu items Protect the guest experience by ensuring packaging, food presentation and quality is top level Working in a Chick-fil-A restaurant offers the opportunity for teamwork and leadership development in a fast-paced environment.
