Responsibilities: Run shifts effectively to provide great food and excellent guest service Demonstrate positive and effective role modeling for team members Maintain compliance with operational and food safety procedures Qualifications: Demonstrate passion and leadership Strong communication and organization skills A genuine smiling personality! Analyze sales and operational data to find efficiencies, reduce loss, and provide team member training and goals Efficiently conduct administrative tasks (i.e. scheduling, accounting, re-supply, health & safety, training, and guest relations) to maximize time on the floor with team members and guests Is a hands on, in-the-trenches manager.
