We are looking for a Restaurant Manager candidate. We are looking for an organized and goal-oriented Manager to help oversee the running of our restaurant. To be successful as Manager you should have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service.
Qualified candidates must be charismatic, dependable, and experienced with natural leadership abilities. They must have a passion for this industry and truly understand customer service.
• Minimum 4 years management experience in a full-service restaurant
• Working knowledge of all aspects of front and back of the house operations
• Must possess strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire others to perform
• Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines
• Maintain the highest standards of quality in food as well as service
• Recruiting, develop and supervise staff
• Forecast business trends for company operations
• Review P&L regularly with Regional Manager to ensure that key financial targets (food cost, labor, etc) are being met
• Monitor repairs and maintenance issues
• Monitor morale of the staff and check in with all employees on a regular basis
• Ensure that food quality and guest experience meet brand standards at all times
• Ensure compliance with all company standards, and brand standards
