Responsibilities:Supervise property/debt investment accounting staff, review reconciliations, and financial statements.Oversee monthly closing/consolidation for portfolios.Analyze budget-to-actuals, prepare/review financial statements, and investor reports.Monitor compliance with Fund agreements and investor letters.Manage investment/incentive fee calculations, joint venture waterfall, and distributions.Oversee audits, third-party relationships, and Performance Reporting Accounting staff.Ensure internal controls, perform ad hoc accounting duties.

Qualifications:5+ years in real estate/private equity industry.Experience with financial statements and fair value reporting.Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to meet deadlines and manage workloads.Bachelor's in business administration (accounting concentration preferred).CPA license and public accounting experience preferred.Strong computer skills, adaptability to technology changes.Visit our website to learn more about our openings!
