Overview: This hybrid position will be located at our Corporate Office in Camp Hill, PA. Foot Locker Inc. is looking to fill an Asset Management Specialist non-exempt position to support our Accounting department's Asset Management group. The Specialist will be responsible for reviewing, validating, and processing fixed asset expense pay ables for our business in Europe. This p osition will work closely with business owners throughout the company to ensure invoices conform with established policies and are processed timely and accurately.
Responsibilities: Review all incoming invoices for appropriate approvals Process all approved invoices timely and accurately Research problem invoices or payments to resolution Assist in scanning and validation of invoices through Kofax imaging solution Execute any special handling of expedited payments Communicate with business owners on invoice processing questions/issues Maintain high performance and increase departmental efficiencies through constructive suggestions to management Monitor compliance to Corporate Capitalization Policy, ensuring timely and accurate input of capital invoices to meet monthly deadlines Ensure integrity of data input into the Asset Management system, including the use of proper asset life policies Complete monthly account reconciliations for asset accounts timely and accurately Prepare and process journal entries as needed Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent required - Associate degree preferred At least five years related experience prefered PeopleSoft A/P experience helpful but not required Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Excel, Access, etc.) a plus Must be able to write routine reports and correspondence Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills Demonstrated experience working independently as well as in a team environment Excellent attention to detail and accuracy #LI-JJ1

Benefits: The annual base salary range is $19 - $21/ hour. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
