Assembly Technician

Metal manufacturing company located in Westminster, CO is looking for Assembly Technicians for 1st and 2nd shifts, who will be responsible assembling components into a subassembly or finished product as the customer demands. Shifts: 1st - 6:00am - 4:30pm (Mon-Thur)
2nd - 4:30pm – 3:00am (Mon - Thur)
Pay Rate: 1st - $18.00/hr
2nd - $19.50/hr
Duties and responsibilities: Receive work orders with instructions and work to assemble components Monitor materials and assembled products for quality standards and compliance to customer specifications Log completed quantities and or/ completion of work orders in the ERP system Assist with Metal Finishing, as needed Be flexible and versatile to fill-in in other areas to meet the needs of ever-changing bottlenecks. Requirements: Must speak, read, write English at high school equivalency Comprehend math equivalent to 1 year of algebra, for employees assigned to inspection duties only Must possess good written and oral communication skills Must be able to verify parts are quality parts, per Quality System ALL CANDIDATES MUST BE ABLE TO PASS PRE-HIRE BACKGROUND CHECK, AND DRUG TESTING TO WORK FOR OUR COMPANY ***This is a Temp to Hire position***
