Responsibilities
• Maintain furniture department at different retail locations• Perform in-store tasks including dusting, vacuuming, and minor repairs• Complete special projects as assigned• Follow safety protocols for display items• Complete in-depth report after each service call• Position merchandise and create a customer-ready furniture department• Utilize plan-o-gram to organize furniture• Build trust with store manager through knowledge of policies and procedures• Complete furniture assemblies if needed• Participate in projects at other retailers as requested
Requirements
• Must have own reliable transportation• Must be able to travel 30-60 miles to multiple store locations• Must have a basic tool set• Good communication skills• Physically able to stand, bend, stoop, climb, and lift 50 lbs• Must work between 8 AM and 5 PM Monday - Friday• Ability to read diagrams or instructions and use hand and power tools• Must be 18 years or older
