Adecco is looking for candidates to fill an assembly position in Bartlesville, OK. The Production Assembler plays a vital role in building the highest quality products in accordance with company production standards, customer specifications, and delivery requirements. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assembling products, operating computers to update manufacturing status, performing quality testing, and ensuring the continuous improvement of productivity and quality. Pay Rate: $16.20 per hour
Responsibilities: Assemble products according to Engineering documents, ensuring adherence to company standards and customer specifications.
Operate computers to check schedules and update manufacturing status.
Perform operator-based Go-No Go testing per procedures.
Continually monitor the quality of parts used in the assembly process.
Assist in training other employees and resolving inquiries and problems.
Handle materials as required for assembly.
Review assembly processes and recommend changes to improve productivity and quality.
Interface with engineering to accurately communicate information.
Complete and maintain all required paperwork, records, and documentation.
Participate actively in team meetings and group discussions.
Follow and comply with all safety and work rules and regulations.
Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent.
Previous assembly or manufacturing experience
