Responsibilities
• Manage regional operations of multiple milling and paving crews• Schedule equipment, manpower, and materials for each project• Ensure safety and efficient utilization of equipment, materials, and labor• Maintain project records and manage change orders• Understand and conform to project drawings and specifications• Maintain positive communication with project stakeholders• Provide daily project status updates• Identify and address challenges ahead proactively
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience as an Asphalt Paving Foreman• Safe and efficient operation of equipment• Experience leading skilled labor teams• Strong project management skills• Ability to keep projects on deadline
